Blessings and a Model Call!

Hello All!
First of all God is so good. He pays attention to the details of your deepest desires and He totally amazes you by presenting something to surpass it. For instance, you present your request to Him. He listens intently and takes into account how your request will bless you, how it will affect your future, how it will influence the people He brings into your life, and how it may change your walk with Him. God is all knowing and all powerful. He sees things we don't. So, if the Lord gives me all I want, is He giving me all I need? Thank you, Lord, for saying no, not right now, maybe later, and wait. Amen.

On another note, I am currently seeking willing participants for Maternity & Senior Graduate sessions. If you or someone you know would like to be my muse for about 1 hour, I would be very grateful.

The Deal:
1 hour of your time + a mom-to-be or a high school graduate =
No session fee and a free CD with about 20 of the best photos from our session together.
(NOW, how's that for a mathematical equation?)

***Please leave a comment if you're interested. And thank you in advance.

Something Different...

Yes, this is a photography blog, but I just couldn't resist sharing this with you. I painted this mural for my friend Crissy. She is expecting her second girl in a few weeks. Although the quality of the photo is not that great, I still wanted to post what I've been up to. The Lord has shown me that He is using me in several ways and in different aspects of my life. I am so delighted that God has blessed me with artistic and creative gifts that I can share with others.
I simply can not wait for Raegan's newborn shoot...not too much longer now, Crissy. :) I love you and your family! Thank you for your love, support , and encouragement.

The Birthday Boy!

Happy Birthday Julian! It was a perfect day for a toddler's party at the park. I am so thankful that the weather was nice. The kids had a blast blowing bubbles and chasing beach footballs. Thanks to my friends and their children who came and helped make Julian's birthday a happy one. You guys are the best! In His Love, Karrie

Just a little note...

Well, this entry is a little past due. These pictures of my little guy were taken with my new camera at Kyle Hitchcock's home studio. I first heard about Kyle from a few mommy-friends of mine. She has graciously helped me with all my photography questions and has also allowed me to tag along a couple of her shoots. I am so thankful that God has provided me with such a valuable resource for my photography. I look forward to whatever and wherever the Lord wants to take me on this journey into the creative realm of photography. All I know is that God is good and He always provides our every need. Thanks for your help, Kyle! Click here to view Kyle's site.

An Afternoon With the Girls...

This afternoon's session was with Ruby Grace and Della. These sisters are the cutest! Just take a look at their sweet faces. Ruby Grace was great at posing for the camera. At 11 months, Della, was cruising all over the place. She wore a pale blue dress that was once her sister's. Mom wanted to get a special shot by the window. I hope you enjoy the sample pictures. The rest are on the way. Thank you for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful girls.

Beautiful Bella!

This morning was such a sweet session with Isabella and her family. Lots of smiles and laughter filled the air as we watched Bella do her thing. She was a natural. Our morning consisted of bubbles, stuffed bunnies, flowers, and pink sunglasses. I can't wait to edit the rest of these priceless moments. I do hope you enjoy the preview. It was a delight to work with you. God Bless and Happy Easter! In His Love, Karrie

Brotherly Love

What a gorgeous Spring day! Today's session was with my friend's beautiful boys, Gabriel & Isaac. With my own son in tow, we packed up our red Radio Flyer and headed toward the neighborhood common area. I am so pleased with how well the boys did with their impromptu posing that it was difficult to choose which photographs to post. Brooke, I hope you enjoy this sneak peek. I'll be working on getting the rest to you very soon. Thank you for your love and support. You and your family are a blessing to us! In His Love, Karrie

FLASH! What a difference.

So, I bought a flash for my camera the other day. Since my little boy has been sick, yesterday was the first chance I had to open the box and try it out. I took a few shots of my boys playing around the house last night. I can't believe I've been taking pictures without this valuable piece of technology. I'm ready now!
