Holiday Mini-Sessions

Hey Folks! Hope this finds you thinking about the Holidays to come. Personally, I love Thanksgiving & Christmas! These holidays bring nostalgia for me. Family get-togethers, laughing, feasts, lights, love, happiness, presents, holiday scents, baked goods, sharing memories, and pictures, definitely pictures. My mom dressed all of us (6) up alike. If we didn't have matching outfits, they would at least have the same color or design. I love looking at these photographs now. It reminds me of where I was then and where God has lead me since.

This is my first Holiday season as a photographer. I am excited about who God has chosen for me to meet and photograph. Whoever it is, I pray that I will be able to capture exactly what you are looking for in a family portrait. Thank you.

Holiday Mini-Sessions:

Session Fee - $25 (includes up to an hour of shooting, time & skills in the editing
process, and a gallery to view your photographs on my site).

**If you choose to purchase your Christmas cards through me, you will receive 5 free cards with a Christmas Card Bundle of 25.***

Braggin' Rights!

This past weekend Julian & I traveled down to central Florida to visit with my family. We hopped in my parents' SUV, waved farewell to Dada, and away we went. Poor Dada misses alot during football season. 'Tis the life of a football coach. Honestly, I was a bit worried about the 6 hour road trip with my sweet 2 year old boy, but thank God for naps and Wow Wow Wubzy on portable DVD. This short trip was planned to celebrate the fall birthdays as a family and we took the opportunity to take some pictures too. You'll notice that I am in some of these shots...that is because I handed over my camera and tripod to my sister's friend to capture the whole bunch. (Kelly, you did a great job, girl.) To say that I am proud of my family is an understatement. If I had a dime for every time I heard the exclamation, "There are SIX of you?", I'd be a RICH gal! As always, we had so much fun. For those of you who have toddlers, you know that they provide a good source of entertainment :) I am so glad Julian & I braved the long drive to visit with my family. It was so worth it! I love you guys and miss you terribly. Wish we were closer. Happy Birthday Jess, Dad, and Kaylen. May the Lord bless you and keep you.

Around Macon...

Macon, Georgia...I never imagined living here. I never thought I'd live in North Carolina either, but we did for about 3 years. Beau & I have been so blessed. We truly believe that every place we've lived since 2002, when we were wed, has been completely a God thing. The thought is awesome, really. The God of our Universe has purposed a place for us to work, to serve, to touch hearts, and to be spiritually moved. How special and dear we are to Him. I love my friends here, our church family, my job, the house & neighborhood we live in. All that I have now in this moment is from my God. Thank You! If you are reading this, I hope you take a few minutes to reflect on all that you have, even if it is only one thing. (your spouse, your child(ren), your pet, your job, the view from your house (or office), an unbelievable opportunity, an answered prayer, the letter (or email) that came today, a stranger smiled at you, a friend gave you hug...Anything. Know that the orginator of that gift was God. He orchestrates our lives. That thought is so freeing to me. I can make poor decisions, but He still has a plan. I could really botch things up, but if I go to Him in prayer and lift up my burden, He will lift me up and then lead me in the direction I should go. That's how much He cares; that's how much He loves. Thank you, Lord, for being my Deliverer, my Redeemer, my Counselor, my God.

Below are some photos I took "Around Macon". Some of the photos are edited. I enjoy exploring and this day was a beautiful one to do it. Blessings to you. In His Love, Karrie
