60th Anniversary
I LOVE this couple! My grandparents have always been a big part of my life. The legacy of our family's faith and the foundation of family traditions all started there with them. I am so honored to have had the blessing of capturing this beautiful milestone, their 60th Wedding Anniversary. The joy that fills my heart to see my grandparents with my children is indescribable. Thank you Lord for blessing me with grandparents who love You and know You and share Your Love with those they encounter. God, You are so good! Grandma & Papa, I love you!

Brooke & Dan {Engaged}
Newly engaged, Brooke & Dan met me at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens for their shoot. A perfect place for portraits because of the landscaping and unique layout of the garden area. You'd miss the little nooks here and there if you decided to run through it. Careful observances allow for optimal shots at this location. The day couldn't have been better. Brooke was a tad nervous due to a storm lurking in the clouds a few miles out. The overcasted sky yielded some beautifully lit images. The storm was still coming though, and Brooke & Dan kept up like troopers. We'd stop take a couple frames then I'd command, "Great! Let's move!" LOL! It was a race to beat the rain...and we won! Brooke & Dan, thank you for allowing me to capture this time in your journey together. I can't wait until the wedding! Love to you both.
Twins!
Welcome Brooklyn & Beckham! These sweet 2 week old twins were just the picture of perfection. Both brother & sister slept practically the whole time during our shoot. Visiting this family's home was so delightful. Just watching Brooklyn & Beckham's mommy and daddy work together as a team to feed the twins, love on them, and change diapers...it warmed my heart. Capturing this family was such a pleasure. I could feel the love that God has poured over this family. Brooklyn & Beckham definitely liked being close to one another, which was so sweet. They just looked more comfy when they were nestled together. It was such a blessing to meet them and capture this precious moment in their lives. Thank you Gray Family! Y'all are a beautiful family.

Bridal Session
Isn't she gorgeous! My long-time friend, Christelle, got married yesterday. Her wedding was so lovely. {I've known Christelle since we were 7 years old.} I photographed Christelle's Bridal Session a few weeks ago. I have been anxious to post these and, of course, couldn't until after her special day as to not spoil her gorgeousness.
I am so thankful I was here in South Florida to see her get married and to meet her lifemate, Bruno. I also had the privilege of shooting their engagement session as well. I wish you both all the happiness and blessings for your journey in life together as one. The wedding was beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it all. xoxo!

The Baur Family
We met this precious family when we first moved back here to South Florida. They were and are so welcoming and giving of themselves, going above & beyond to make us feel a part of the community and school. Now, Julian & Brady are buds, and Ashley & I have become close friends over many cups of coffee and playdates. We are so thankful for you guys. God bless The Baurs!

Motivation for Monday
Isaiah 26:8 ~ Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.
I had a lovely Bridal Session on Friday afternoon at the Morikami Japanese Gardens & Museum. The Bride is my sweet long-time friend, Christelle. Obviously, I can't show you the images of her in her dress yet. I will post her session highlights after her wedding, April 16th.
I am able to share with you the above images. The first is the mock bouquet that I made for her shoot. The second is a little, err BIG friend we made along the path through the gardens. This iguana took me by surprise. I had just snapped a pic when Christelle exclaims, "Wow! Oh my gosh. Look! Take a picture of that." I turned around and saw this long iguana watching us. So I snapped a couple pics of him too.
I really can't wait to show you Christelle's Bridal Session. She looks absolutely gorgeous in her dress. And her dress...I've never seen a dress like this before. Beautiful beautiful and more beautiful! Stay tuned. In meantime, have a blessed Monday!
